Two very different journeys. One shared mission. Tony and Renee met where their paths converged — and together they are building something that neither could have imagined alone.
Tony was born in Jamaica and trained as an architect before moving to the United States in 1984 with a dream of building a better life. His background gave him creativity, structure, discipline, and the mind of a builder. Over the years, he built businesses and developed a deep commitment to entrepreneurship, mentorship, and relationship-driven leadership.
Renee is a paralegal with legal operations experience gained while completing law school — giving her a sharp eye for contracts, compliance, and the details that matter. Pair that with an MBA, seven-figure restaurant turnarounds, food and beverage leadership for a major gaming corporation, and a background in AI strategy and business development, and you have someone who is equally comfortable in a boardroom, a courtroom, or a community gathering.
Together, Tony and Renee bring love, leadership, wellness, systems, faith, and lived experience into one shared mission: helping people grow with purpose and build with integrity.
